The machine is designed for filling loose and fine-grained products that do not clump together. The bagging machine is equipped with an electronic scale with a weighing range of 1–50 kg. The operator hangs the bag to be filled on a holder. The two-speed weighing system is then activated.
The dosing conveyor belt dispenses pellets at maximum speed. As the bag approaches the set weight, the conveyor belt slows to minimum speed to accurately weigh the final kilograms. An optional secondary crusher screen inside the bag holder is available. It ensures even better separation of dust from the granules.
