We offer two series of flat-die granulators with die diameters of 300 and 400 mm. A common feature of these machines is that the dies are permanently mounted and the rollers are active. Another advantage is that we use industrial gearboxes, which are characterized by a very long service life. The G300 model, with power ratings ranging from 11 to 18.5 kW, is chosen by customers for applications with lower capacity requirements;
therefore, as the manufacturer, we have equipped it with additional protection in the form of a belt drive located before the gearbox. Furthermore, this granulator is compact and does not require a large investment. In contrast, we manufacture the G400 model in power ranges from 22 to 45 kW; consequently, this semi-industrial granulator is always chosen by professionals.
