We offer two types of granulators with flat dies with diameters of 300 and 400mm. The common features of these machines are that the dies are fixed and the rollers are active. Another advantage is that we use industrial reducers, which have a very long service life. The G300 type machine with a capacity of 11 to 18.5kW is chosen by customers for applications with smaller capacity needs, which is why, as a manufacturer, we have additionally secured it with a clutch – in the form of a belt transmission in front of the reducer. In addition, this granulator is compact and does not require a large investment. On the other hand, we build the G400 type machine in sizes from 22 to 45kW so this semi-industrial granulator is always chosen by professionals. A complete innovation is the G630 granulator with 90kW (2 rollers) motors with capacity up to 1500kg or 132kW (3 rollers) with capacity d0 2000kg.
On the other hand, the G780 with 200 kW (3 rollers) motors with a capacity of up to 3700 kW.
