Pellet production lines tailored to your needs
We design and build complete, automated lines: from raw material preparation to pellet packing. We match the machines to your production and provide installation, start-up and service support.
Match the line to your raw material and scale
We start by talking about your raw material, the output you expect and the space you have. Based on that, we select the machines and design the whole line.

Lines up to 1 tonne per hour
Modular lines from 100 kg/h. We select machines for raw material preparation, pelletising, cooling and packing, and you run everything from one control system.
- sawmills and joineries
- farms of 100+ ha
- livestock farms (bedding)
- orchards (branches)

Lines from 1 tonne per hour
Lines for companies planning to produce pellets for sale. We size the pellet mills, dryer, feeding system and packing into bags or big bags to the output you need.
- producer groups
- wood processing plants
- board and pallet manufacturers
- biogas plants
From raw material to a bag of pellets
We design and build every stage of the line ourselves, so we know how the machines work together, not just one by one.
- Raw material intake A hopper with a discharge conveyor takes the material from a loader and feeds it on evenly, with speed set by an inverter.
- Grinding The RTZ hammer mill grinds and conveys the material at the same time. It runs at low speed, so it uses little energy.
- Cleaning A drum screen removes impurities before pelletising and protects the die from damage.
- Conditioning The conditioner mixes the material with water or a binder, so pelletising runs smoother and the pellets last longer.
- Pelletising Flat-die pellet mills with 300 and 400 mm dies, from 11 to 45 kW, with active rollers and industrial gearboxes.
- Cooling and screening The cooler hardens the hot pellets and a vibrating screen removes dust before the pellets go into bags.
- Packing Bags from 1 to 30 kg or big bags up to 1500 kg, on machines ready to work as soon as they are connected.
- Control WALW's own software controls the whole line, from feeding the material to packing.
