Semi-automatic bagging machine with weighing function for bags and big bags

WALW Solutions offers a professional, dual-station bagging unit for loose materials such as pellets, fertilizers, grains, and other bulk commodities. This machine addresses two needs—packaging bulk goods into small bags (30 kg) and into big bags—in a semi-automated process. It features an automatic big-bag filler (accommodating heights from 1100 mm to 2000 mm and a weighing capacity of up to 1500 kg) and operates fully automatically in conjunction with a conveyor belt. The units are constructed from 2 mm and 3 mm galvanized steel, consisting of several heavy-duty components and a robust, powder-coated frame. 1. Bag weighing range: 1 to 30 kg. Packaging batches await the operator.
