Small Conditioner

A conditioner is an advanced device designed to precisely mix raw material with additives—such as water or binders—to optimize the granulation process. Its design resembles that of a screw conveyor; however, instead of a traditional screw flight, specially profiled paddles are used to mix and transport the material toward the granulator. Conditioners are custom-designed to meet the specific power and capacity requirements of a given granulator, and their operation is supported by a precision, electronically controlled water dosing pump.
